Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: -To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is due upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance may be paid at any time before the wedding day, which is the final payment due date. -Payments not received within 7 days after the due date will incur a $50 late fee. Additionally, a 2% monthly interest charge will be applied on any outstanding balance until full payment is made. Cancellation Policy: -You may cancel your booking without penalty up to 30 days before the wedding date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total package price. Contract Agreement: -formal contract outlining these terms and conditions will be sent upon booking. The contract must be signed and returned to confirm your reservation. Event Day Logistics: -The photographers are entitled to one meal break during the event. While the Client is not obligated to provide meals, it is strongly encouraged if coverage exceeds six consecutive hours. Copyright & Usage Rights: -All images produced remain the sole copyright property of the photographers. -The Client is granted a personal-use license, allowing printing, reproduction, and digital sharing of the photographs for personal purposes only. -The photographers retain the right to use images for portfolio display, website content, marketing, and promotional materials. -Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without prior written permission from the photographers.
